We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing several company products from inception to the phase-out in order to create customer value and deliver measurable business benefits;
  • Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers;
  • Managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning & implementation, social media management, public relations activities to showcase and position company efficiently;
  • Implementing creative and effective strategies to generate quality sales leads, project and maintain good image of the company in her operating sphere while maintaining good working relationship with all clients/Business contacts.
  • Owning the full development of products which impact revenue by helping our respective teams exceed client’s expectations, by working with all stakeholders;
  • Efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams in order to build product(s) that fulfils its vision and turn it into business success;
  • Identify and stay abreast of key industry trends while making and recommending corresponding adjustments to existing strategies for cutting edge service delivery;
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature;
  • Prepare periodic reports and feedbacks for strategic decision-making;
  • Plan and prepare presentations/ demos of all applications;
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
  • Build and manage clientinformation;
  • Other assigned duties for business growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum of a First Degree + Industry-related experience;
  • 3-5 years related work experience;
  • Technical background & experience in Software Development company;
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products;
  • Solid experience with CRM software & MS Office;
  • Ability to create brilliant and sharp strategies to generate leads;
  • Social media savvy and an organized approach to work;
  • Ability to quickly grasp technology service solutions;
  • Able to positively reflect the image of the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • The ability to generate ideas, prioritize and manage several tasks successfully;
  • Sales Support;
  • The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations;
  • Reliability & Dependability;
  • Good teamwork player, close collaboration with customers and stakeholders, flexibility, and ability to quickly respond to changes;
